Memory tears not spawning in maps ( after the patch ? )

Blocking all content worked for me too. kept my same blight atlas just refunded 10 points to block additional content. got the 4 tears i needed in 15, 8, 4, and 7 white t16 dunes

previously had gone about 80 t16 and 16.5 maps without seeing one. totem complete! :O
