I cant enter kingsmarch

I also cannot get to Kingsmarch. Johan does not give me the option in Karui shores.
FYI for devs: my first character in Mercenary league was an SSF character, and then I migrated that character to trade league after finishing my first two voidstones in SSF. I hadn't already completed the campaign on a trade mercenary league character prior to the migration, HOWEVER, I just completed act 10 on a character in trade mercenary league, and Johan still doesn't give the option. | |

Same issue.
I had to end exactly after beating Kitava. The next day I relogged at the waypoint near Kirac. Had no clue there was something with Johan to be done on the shore. |

Lol, I tried the "stupid solution" of leaving my character next to Karui Shores waypoint and AFK-ed (alt-tab) for 10min. Came back to the game and there was an exclamation point above Johan.

Also confirming that AFKing at the waypoint worked for me too.

I had this same issue. I was able to get the quest to go to kingsmarch by joing a party with a player that had access already, then reloading the karui shores area and Johan had the quest available to go. Hopes this helps!
