I cant enter kingsmarch

I talked to everyone the Quest is there but i cant find the visit Kingsmarch button on any NPC ?

Hi, I also have a related problem because after finishing act 10 I rushed to do maps. I saw Johan next to Faustus I interacted with the NPC and immediately saw the invite to hideout option and when clicked it the option disappeared, then I checked at my hideout, it says can't be added because I haven't encountered him in the world?

The option to invite to my hideout Johan and Visit Kingsmarch is not showing.

ah no, doesnt help. i have the quest, but talking to Johan does nothing.

Same thing. Found ore already. talked to Johan at the Karui Shore already but still cant go to Kingsmarch

I am also having this issue, I made a bug report and hopefully they come up with a solution soon.

Had the same prob. Either you have to click on Dannig to get him to start the quest line or stand next to Dannig at Karui Shores (where Johan used to be) to trigger it.
