Can't Access Kirac's Missions

Hey Team,

I just want to let you know that once I did finally receive a Kirac Mission from mapping (maybe 50+ maps it took) the UI opened again.

It looks like you cannot access the menu if you do not have any missions that you can run. I have had two yellow missions this whole time but have not been able to access the UI. This is because I have not completed or received any yellow maps yet (yes I have been totally inefficient!). This is an assumption though.

So it was only once I had a white mission available that I could access the UI. GGG should really clean this UI access up so it makes more sense.
