with vpn it works fine

exact same issue russia only crashing every minute
with vpn works perfectly fine.

poe2 works fine, although poe1 works only through some vpn or other means that you mentioned. But even with vpn i got kicked with a dc when trying to log into the first zone. Earlier today everything was fine with poe, probably something in the patch broke it sadly.
