Remove portal scrolls like POE 2

What do you mean? They turn off div cards all the time, every single league. What else "requires" portal scrolls? The skill gem certainly doesn't. Vendor recipes don't, and can easily be changed to identity scrolls instead.

This is a change that can be done absolutely instantly if they wanted. They already have Portal Gem in the game. Make it Level 1 and give it to every player when they arrive in town for the first time. This isn't the best solution but its an easy one.

It's as simple as ctrl+f "town portal scroll" in the game code and change them all to identity scrolls if they want. Take them less than a minute.
