How does Heist work in the game?

Woah. You clearly are only thinking on a very surface level.

A surface level view is very much one you're missing, which causes you to create red herrings for yourself to chase. Which is fine if you goal is just writing fanfiction, I guess?

You appeared to be chasing Heist in PoE 2 based on a third party website having PoE 1 items listed in its PoE 2 database. This is very much the same kind of logic that led you to believe that the Rhoa Mount skill was from a secret quest.

I'm sorry for not being deferent, I guess.

Since your quest has no room for a realistic point of view, I'll kindly refrain from offering you advice from now on. Good luck.

Look at how far you have to stretch the truth just to sound correct.

Poe2.db only has files found in poe2.

If it’s in the database it means that data is coded into poe2. Doesn’t matter if the same item exists in poe1.

Just because your observer bias tells you it’s nothing doesn’t mean it is.

Go google the definition of observer bias

Also FYI it is confirmed there are unsolved secret quests in poe1.

What isn’t realistic about the realization that there is a secret quest in game in which we actually play the part of the hero?

It’s not the data that isn’t realistic because there is a plethora of data that is very real.

Also in what dimension could you being anti- everything I say be in anyway beneficial towards me?

The only benefit you’ve provided is negative comments for others to read. It doesn’t take much to be a hater.

^ this is what people do when they’ve lost a debate.

They end on a comment of superiority implying that we will have to agree to disagree while simultaneously acting like their hill is right. If your hill is so right stand on it and fight for it.

Also fyi, when you said “you should pay people for their time if you want help” you literally showed that you are entitled. There is an open expectation from you that I owe you something, get off your high horse that you think is a hill.

Your attitude...it's so unfriendly, you make other feels stupid for no good reasons. You jump to that attitude instantly, whatever what others says to you.

If you could be bothered to read my responses you’d know I’m not like you. I don’t wake up every morning hoping the world likes me. I’m not here to be liked or loved. This is the third time I’ve explained this to you. Stop expecting everyone else to be you.

Look up the definition of entitled while you are at it.

It’s not an attitude. You aren’t use to people who are self secure. You aren’t use to someone taking every one of your points and making them seem pointless.

Welcome to a new experience. You can either grow from it or shrink. The choice is solely yours.

Notice how many of those targets relate to campaign side quest items? The golden idols are def there.

Woah, you're right. And some of those were added to poe1 years ago... like the goddess of water.

We never actually meet the leader of the syndicate we work for. They're just described as the boss and we're not allowed into his room (not certain, maybe they are revealed somewhere).

Could be they have a roll to play in poe2... or already have.

I had a realization, if they labeled it heist for both the purpose of hiding it and as a cue that would indicate we are heisting the side quest items and possible main quest items for other purposes.

The theme is 100% there.

Have you given up on the secret quest in D4?

No. After being proven right about the lucky coin and how it drops I figured out that the secret quest in Diablo 4 involves doing the way of the three correctly. More likely than not it involves bringing 3 quests to a singular point, all completed in an alternative fashion.

It was pretty easy to figure out what 3 quests it would be.

Also why would I respect blizzards secret quest when they literally change the goal post every season? They either make the secret quest easier each season or have sections of it locked season to season. Why would I have any interest in a secret quest designed by people who don’t even know what the spirit of a secret quest is about?

At least the people who design path of exile secret quests have ethics and morals and understand what the soul of such an endeavor is.

For Diablo 4 the secret quest is just a gimmick. Treating it like a joke just how they treated the cow level in Diablo 3. Lack of respect for the player is a hell of a drug. Give blizzard 10 more years and all that’ll be left is a corporate tombstone that reads “for a little while we got things right”

The biggest take away for any game developer is that you should be innovating. Blizzard turned the cow level into a gimmick. Now their game is a gimmick.

Poe devs clearly have a higher respect for the player. That’s without taking anything but the secret quests into account as well.

So in short, I didn’t give up on the Diablo 4 secret quest, I realized no one cared that I was right about how to get a lucky coin and that blizzard would just keep changing the parameters every season. Why waste my time on a shit riddle that changes at the whims of rotten children pretending to be adults?

My team confirmed that blizzard is changing what satisfies the secret quest conditions with the luckier coin.

The way you now receive a luckier coin was tested many times by my team prior to the most current season. Blizzard has no soul. They are simply a husk that didn’t innovate trying to stay relevant.

It’s either A) they are gatekeeping the secret quests making it so parts are inaccessible despite the code being in game

Or

B) they design a good riddle then scrap it because it’s taking people too long to do. They replace this with a method they can see people have tested to try to get the item.

Eitherway they aren’t really managing their game.
