they want trading to be immersive and difficult, ah would be to easy, it would mean people can gear up easy and reach end game to fast and finish content faster. (and have fun while doing so, and that is not allowed)
Also I guess they like boosting player count with 25k trading bots ingame.

then maybe once you list the item its locked in for 24 hours kinda thing so you cant change or remove it. would make ppl think before they just randomly post

Sorry, i am one of those Guys mentioned. But let me explain my situation, if i had seen an open Game, i just joined for not beeing alone. Wanted to do some Bossfights or something together, to make the Boss "harder".
I really did not got it, that most of these opened Party's have some rules.
I still dont understand what a public party does.
And because i am always kicked out, i do not join anymore, cause i know i do something wrong.
Sorry guys, i dont bother you more. And really sorry for the "stolen" loot... :(

this isnt the case we are talking about trading issues not about party issues and loot sharing so ya dont stress

Nah we don't need ah. We need game to provide you with methods to get gear you want. Gambling is not one of them, useless affixes (light radius etc) need to be removed and all omens should have same % drop rate not that good omens are rare and expensive, sometimes more expensive that gear we would like to modify. Res on gear should be changeable, essences including greater essences available not rare. Crafting bench, harvest need to return. Trade should not be your farming goal I mean spend hours farming currency just to trade.
Apparently it's EA so why not experiment with game and check community feedback?
I said this in another post about AH and I will say again:
Those two things are not mutually exclusive.
