poe 2 after patch 0.2g can not get in the game it say unexpected disconnection occured

Hallo, eine frage in die runde, bin seit längeren im endgame und habe keine schmiede, aber auch keine quest dafür, habe schon ein paarmal die ersten 3 akte noch mal durch gezockt aber erfolglos.
hatt wer ne idee wo das problem ist.

It would be very nice if GGG provided clear information (start screen ? home page?) about the expected break time (also in the future. Digging through forums for scraps of information is annoying). We are just starting a long weekend in Poland, so if anyone wanted to start it by playing POE2 - let's just say that many players will be unpleasantly surprised.

How so? I genuinely do not understand why so many people went from loving it to moving on to a new game. How was the game so much better a few months ago?
They failed on more than a few fronts which sucks. Such as crafting and how trade works.
HUGE win on the combat system they made for this game. Good enough graphics, cool story, you reach the end game pretty fast. The game is really fun to have your own unique build, but the fact you would find equipment for every other class but your own, forcing you to trade through a website is 100% lame.

We are playing in what is essentially a BETA. Only Betas complain about a BETA being changed lol.

In Path of Exile 2 erhältst du die Schmiede, indem du die Quest „Die Schmiede finden“ in Akt 1 abschließt. Diese Quest wird gegen Ende von „Geheimnisse im Dunkeln“ ausgelöst und beinhaltet die Suche nach Renlys Schmiedewerkzeugen im Dorf Ogham. Renly wird dich damit beauftragen, die Werkzeuge zu bergen, nachdem du den Vermummten befreit hast.

Is it so difficult to just roll the patch back and go back to the drawing board while can have fun on their day off?

Edit: Look like they did roll it back, but it didnt help the problem. might have broken some infra in the process?

Wow this seems appropriate. Are you able to have a civil internet conversation? You began fine as one would discuss concerns about a game but had to end on a churlish note indicative of insecurity and immaturity.

I played in POE1's Beta before leagues were even a thing. Of course they make changes in Beta but GGG has always been good about consistency. For example, they decided to let everyone keep their characters from POE1's Beta testing instead of wiping the server. They try to encourage build diversity without pigeon holing anyone or making drastic changes (which includes "meta" builds). This was part of Chris Wilson's whole thing, along with interacting with the community. You also seem to have a lack of understanding of the core principles underlying GGG's games, such as their view toward trading (and why there is no live auction house): https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2025870

The people you are talking to are literally the people still playing the game.

You reach the end of the game pretty fast because there are several more acts that are going to come out. Also here is a post describing the difference between early access and beta.
