Their deployment team, probably sipping coffee at 3AM, tell the intern to yeets a patch into the wild, only to go, "Whoops, bug alert!" Instead of hotfixing, they’re like, "Eh, it’s bedtime, we’ll slap a fix on it tomorrow, ASAP, pinky promise!"

It's 1st May PDT and still down.
