" Yup, all we can do is hope. Because if they don't listen now, well... then I'm not so sure they will EVER listen. I'll pray to RNGesus from time to time! |

For me they need to remove the endgame. Put all the effort into the campaign.
rework the rune system (make a money out of it, like 2 or 3 and you got a blank rune). allows us to craft them like jewel (3-4 modifier) and put more socket on gear (2-3 depending on the weapon, four minimum on chest, 2 minimum on other armor). Then add the crafting bench, (like jun) put hidden modifier on the rune you collect, craft or augment, and of course, give players the basics/important modifier during campaign. Outside of that, as we repeat everytime, meaningful combat is good on boss, not trash or rare mob, let us have fun going more faster, don't mask it behind a gem who need 60/100 spirit or a Flask/charm, anyone has the right to move fast. Thank you, sorry for my english. Also bring back the orb of augmentation. With that no need to bother with the endgame, and you Can work hard on campaign and identity of this game. Also, if you really want to have endgame, just put a "freeroam campaign" or something like that who scale's with your level, I don't know I haven't many ideas on this part. I suppose that people will either do that or trial for a bit of "ligue content" after that you Can think of adding more gems/endgame content/ balancing etc... I think it's a good start in my opinion. Enjoy last epoch for a bit and see what changes they make to this game. If people don't stop playing if they don't like it the devs will ignore the redit and forum ragers. They will responded with changes to lower player numbers.

" This is the plan. Playing POE2 just gives the developers the wrong info. Changing games is the only way to vote with my feet. After one day of LE, I can say crafting there is 5000x better. The early game is not so horribly sluggish- I have 15% run sped by level 5. And the zones are reasonably sized. I can’t even imagine playing POE 2 Act 1 again at this point. Very major changes needed, and my primary problems are still with the endgame. Given the punishment sphere atmosphere, my bet is I won’t be returning. |

" Ok and so why do you see the need to come to this forum and tell everybody about how much better LE was? I'd figure you'd want to call this constructive feedback, but I'd wager you have other motives. People usually complain like this when they want to achieve something. I can't help but feel that people who downvote the game rn do so in hopes to extort the developers through threats of switching games. I had a girlfriend once, who was like that. Good riddance, let me tell you. |

" Don't fall for his rage bait, OP, it has already landed him on probation. Nearly every one of his posts is an attempt to rage bait people. |

Why anyone might care about the POE franchise even if the latest game is turning out terribly is so obvious a sentiment it doesn’t require an answer.

Lots of people ask “why post about LE here” - just look at the replies to my original post.
To me, it seems obvious to call attention to a very different game that has some of the answers in its mechanics. How many posts on this forum complain about crafting? But here’s a game with good crafting. Seems like we could learn a few things. Same for pacing. Same for build diversity. |
