Yeah for braindead gameplay go to LE, D4, or POE 1

The difference between the branded in poe1 and LE are two fold; firstly, in poe1 a lot of smart people actually used their brains to figure out these builds, so it’s only braindead if all you do is follow them, but even still each build you follow should teach you something about the game or how to build your own someday. Secondly, the sound effects and animations in poe1 really sell the combat so even if you are only hitting one button (or none in my new rf characters case) the combat still has heft to it. LEs doesn’t

POE2 still has 100k people playing on a holiday nearly 3 weeks after launch of new league. That does not include the people playing with the game launcher.

XD so what is the point of the thread, comparing player counts between 2 games? do you know that cs2 has over 600k people playing on steam wow that must be better than poe2 or le for sure, right? what else LoL, dota 2, marvel rivals etc.

people quitting poe2 doesnt always mean they have to play LE

This is just lame AF.

The people that never left for LE are still here because LE wasn't LAUNCHED YESTERDAY. LE was on EA for at least 2 years now, I know because I was one of their earliest participant.

They won't last because people aren't blind, this "2.0" release that they tried to throw keys free to so many streamers for coverage is all a last ditch to grab more cash only.

The game should even be grateful that it got away with a last minute cash grab at this point. LE feels clunky AF with it's blocky animation since day 1 and the keybinding had problems for months and months.

Heck, they even managed to make D2R's keybinding look revolutionary when they can actually fail so badly at programming a binding for auto attack initially and it still is a joke till now.


If poe2 is just too hard, then LE is just too easy.
