The unique tablet says that the breach will remain open until all enemies are killed. This is not happening! The breach is closing with enemies to kill!

The same thing killed my buzz last season was end game maps bricking even when you complete them. Last time it was a fragment tower, that glitch lasted the entire time or close to it. Now the unique nodes are doing the same thing. Kills the motivation to want to play when things are not ever going to work properly, and you are punished for it. Like damn reset the nodes or something. I was working around the specters bug even though it's insane that it made through dev like this, your uptime can be literally zero if you don't watch them 100% of the time. Or I guess you could play the same broken boring build everyone is forced into... LS. This is twice now, got to high 90's and could not care less to log back in after being punished for a bug.

Some say, 3G is slowing down to yield LE's launch and such

Just turn up dop rates overall until you have time to fine tune a bigger patch.
