Holy shit those bad boys might make me start playing again. Or at least log in, get a price quote, farm Chaos Orb recipe, then realize my item levels arent high enough (despite me Merc farming), and quit again.

I definitely agree that they're OP.
I look at the 1st stat and I'm very impressed. It seems like another huge damage unique...Then it continues with IAS, an insane shock bonus and a high level added lightning that pretty much made it a 5 link. It's OP and has no downside. Simply not having life is not exactly a downside. Cleave builds can now use kaoms with that. I don't see it changing now but it definitely needed a downside instead of being another mandatory item for endgame builds. Really not liking the direction these uniques are going.
