Are you guys having fun this season?

im having very much fun reading the feedback forum this season, ty!
As a warrior I use leap slam and bone shatter for most mobs

I use shield charge for traversing maps quickly

I use earth shatter for harder mobs and on bossing

I use seismic and infernal cry

And I use hammer of gods

Obviously I'm also running passives like my herald, ominous presence, etc.

7 total active skills for melee seems par for the course in order to give a variety of movement abilities to avoid the pitfalls of the reality of melee combat in this game.

It's not a broken LS build, but when you are actually not ass as a gamer it's still totally viable through the Pinnacle content.

No. I am not having fun at all. 100% agree with op.
i have given up playing a couple of days back. I have played poe2 for around 600 hrs and the amount of hrs i have had lag free game play is in low single digits. i don't have a great GPU so i attribute a part of this to me having a 1060 but i have had enough of lag. not motivated anymore to wait while this video buffers.
I was not having fun at SSF. I switched to trade with a new character, I am kinda having fun with stormweaver. Trade makes it possible to progress.
There are some comments about the 4th Ascension and I also feel really frustrated about it.

From day one until now, I’ve never been able to reach the 4th Ascension, because it’s just way too frustrating. It’s not a challenge where skill and your character’s power will get you through — it’s influenced by a bunch of RNG factors too...

Many times you get absurd choices in both Skhemas and the Trial of Chaos, and with terrible RNG, it often breaks your build and turns the whole thing into a hellish waste of time — it feels really bad. They should really rethink this as a DIFFICULT challenge that doesn’t break your build or rely on RNG, and it would still preserve the difficulty and the satisfaction of conquering it.

As for the current patch notes, I honestly found them kind of meme-worthy, unfortunately… A lot of it is quality of life stuff that players have been asking for basically since the first week of launch, and the rest is just fixes for bugs and issues they themselves created with patch 0.2. Still, it’s important to highlight that little by little they’re adding new features and things will get better.

I was hyped for this patch to drop so I could get back into the game excited, but the same core problems are still there… No currency, no loot, seems impossible to drop divines or gems for the 4th > skill gem slot, and so on.

That said, I am genuinely excited for the 17th and to play LE…

I would like to refer to my thread concerning Chaos:

https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3762052

Its beyond unbalanced and very frustrating for most of the time no reward at all. Sekhemas at least gives you the chance to keep your loot after each floor by putting it into your stash where as Chaos leaves you with nothing if you die at the last floor. Very unrewarding.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but I feel like the game has gotten really tedious. There’s clearly something off—it feels weird and definitely different from how it was in 0.1.

I had a lot of fun in 0.1 playing a bunch of different classes, even the ones that were pretty bad compared to the top tiers. I played a ton with Witch Blood and Witch Hunter, and I also tried out a Deadeye and a Monk.

I hate repeating the campaign—it honestly gives me anxiety—but even so, I ran it multiple times back then because it was actually fun. There was a really cool flow to it, and reaching endgame felt rewarding. That’s definitely not the case in 0.2.

This time around, I dragged myself through the campaign. It took me two and a half days to finish it, and by the time I was done, I was already burned out. Still, I decided to give the new endgame a shot—and honestly, there are some really good things there! But the corrupted nexus RNG is so frustrating. Even then, I don’t think that’s the core issue...

Are you guys having fun? Like, are you really enjoying the game? Right now I’m sitting at 3 days, 4 hours, and 5 minutes played, and I’m already thinking of dropping it... It just feels like something’s missing. I can’t quite explain it. Maybe it’s just me.

Absolutely not. There is no loot. There are no rewards. Just pop open a stream of anyone on Twitch farming T15-T17. Nothing drops. They've slowed the game down to a point where it's no longer rewarding and fun. It feels like a legit job.
Not a good patch for me.
It's been fun. I barely had time to enjoy endgame in 0.1.0. I hope to get to cruel this week and to endgame next week. Really gotta get a feel of how the endgame feels now. I am actually kind of worries, looking back, the XP penalty was actually a much bigger downer than losing a waystone.
