About the "boots should always have movement speed" feedback

Just remove MS as a boot mod.

Maybe keep it on the unique(s) that have it because they're uniques and used for specific builds.

Then add in movement speed runes.

Lesser acceleration rune = 10%

Acceleration rune = 15%

Greater acceleration rune = 25%
