Disengage should generate a Frenzy charge for EACH Parried monster hit
Once players learn how the Parry-Disengage combo fuels Frenzy-based Spear builds, and starts using Parry for this purpose, they will soon encounter a case where they Parry two targets at once, and kill both with a single Disengage. Unfortunately, this only generates ONE Frenzy charge. It feels stingy and disappointing.
This is one of the many small speed bumps slowing down Parry-centric gameplay. (See these posts for two others.) In aggregate, they make Parry feel less reliable than it should. A Frenzy charge for each Parried monster would be a worthwhile reward for the risk of parrying a group of mobs. I have not confirmed that the Retort skill gem has the same limitation, but any change should apply to Retort as well. This issue was not resolved by the Parry bugfix in today's patch.

Disengage and parry should be the same damned skill. Separation is half baked.
