Can you read and understand what it does guys? Because of what you are reporting I rather picked another ascendancy point. Working as intended ;) |

It's intentional that your life can't change. You can use it to play a low-life build.
To refill your life (if you want to), you can equip Visage of Ayah. |

Yes, life cannot change, that is the intendend work of the ascendacy. But it happens on very often, that despite energy shield is present, life drops anyway; usually one or two hundreds points. For now I don't know in what circumstances, but I'm pretty sure, that life changes despite ES.
