How to get a level 82 boss map?

Question: if you found a +1 to monster level of area map and you have an open tower in range...

Could you play *all* maps around the tower except the +1 map to force the irradiation+boss precursor tablet on this single map?

Yes. That's how I did my last 2 points in 0.2.0. At this point however, more Nexuses are spawning, so it would probably be less tedious to just uncover 2 or 3 of them. I've already squirled away 6 or 7 82 ready maps for the new patch.

Bad news. You can force an irradiated precursor tablet on a certain map by playing/attempting all other maps that could possibly affected by the tower... but this does NOT work for boss overseer precursor tablets. I applied 5 overseer precursor tablets and some of them didn't add a single boss. That was a lot of work and playtime around this stupid cleansed +1 map... for nothing.

I guess I was just lucky...

Maybe there were other reasons for my particular node not getting the boss. Something like maximum number of affixes or what not. Nevertheless, I'll stop playing for this season and see if upcoming changes will keep me playing endgame.

you need tier 16map+irradiated+1area level(you need to check corruption/cleansed maps mods for that)
