Constantly getting kicked from server and rolling back progress.

I'm speculating but they may be experiencing cyberattack and don't want to communicate until they fix the issues, that is understandable though.

:S Just happened to me while fighting the citadel boss when it was at 5% hp and the final blow spear already flying at him, the image suddenly stopped and threw me to the login screen... map failed, t16 totally juiced waystone wasted and now i have to go looking for another citadel.... i want to cry :_(
Great game btw nonetheless but server issues are discouraging me of doing important stuff like pinnacles and so. Hope they fix this asap

Please fix your servers and/or game. The game constantly crashes or stutters, causing you to die or lose XP, maps, and loot. This problem has been present since the release of the new season. Sometimes 3 out of 5 maps crash.
Performance in Delirium maps is also poor, especially in a group.
very annoying & currently a bad gaming experience.

No it isn't. Their job is to provide the service people have paid for.
Any respectable company on the planet would, at the very least, make a statement acknowledging an issue. Which I am yet to see, it's been a month.

This isn't a small bug or glitch, the game is literally unplayable. Coincidently, only starting since the Hunt patch.

Happened to me tonight for the first time. Lost connection to server lost 4 maps I could not complete two maps in a row with out server disconnect. Each disconnect costs the map and the bonus for the map.

I have two connections to the internet available through different signals, and both behaved exactly the same.

Bump, servers are still shit in the EU and some NA as well.

However, the disconnect and rollback issue from this patch is not the same issue as the DDOS issue in EU.

The patch has only been out for a couple of days; the stuttering over the last month is due to overlogging e.g. use /clear in chat and go to a high # global and trade.
