Same. Just dropped Dusk Vigil. Equipped it and started glitching. First I thought it's a connectivity issue but it's the unique. Too bad. It's would be cool but I'm almost getting dizzy with the many glitches.

Same issue here (casting while moving causes character to glitch back a step)
