People didn't play warrior for exactly that reason.

that being said, it wasn't really that hard. Just really slow and tedious
I personally like the warrior.

What I don't like is every skill is gate behind a ridiculous activation time or attack animation.
Difficult isn’t the word I would use. I would say tedious and unrewarding.
Oh yeah I still love warrior but I just find it funny that people were all praise praise praise for patch .1


But now that things are brought down to warrior speed, its a review bomb.

Yeah back to Last Epoch for me; I am physically incapable of dealing with these fights. There needs to be some sort of easier mod, or check points in fights (like in-between phases, if you die in P2 you do not have to do P1 over), or after the gauntlet in trials, if you die on boss you can go right back to boss fight, something for casuals, older gamers, people with physical limitations, IDK maybe people that just want to have FUN?!

i swear this one distinction alone accounts for a huge amount of the difficulty people are having

this game without WASD is basically impossible without a busted build
I would not say it is hard. It's just boring.

Spamming multiple buttons instead of one doesn't suddenly create 'action'.
Look at the top leaderboard in hardcore, everyone is a Smith Of Kitava except Ben that is a deadeye.

The warrior in this league is by far the best class.
Some classes have been overnerfed to the point they are bricked. Minion has been bricked to the moon. Minions generally, at the very end game, does 10% of the damage they dealt before this patch.
I think GGG is really on to something with all the new mechanics and in depth playstyle. Just think that as a baseline, clearing basic monster packs should be a lot more reclined. Let all the parrying and jumping around come in to play during bosses and maybe rare monsters. Make the clearing skills useless in those encounters. Simple fix
