There's no problem in huntress but with your mindset. Just learn the game and how to utilize synergies. Clearly with auto-parry you are not the target audience.

This

Mathil has worked one out so its just a matter of time until the guide gamers come in and learn to play the new class.

Parry seems actually great.

It might occur to you that many of the customers dont want to play someone elses ONLY viable build to the huntress. We want to use other skills and many play SSF and think buying a build is gross. (That would be me). They would rather figure things out on their own. Not wait for some youtuber to figure out the only possible viable build and then obey his instructions.

Then again ... I am guessing none of that occurred to you. Oh well.

Who said its the ONLY viable? You all just want POE1 mechanics. Spearfield with Either throwing lance or Storm Lance has me zoning enemies and clearing mobs nicely. I use the Parry Mechanic simply for single target burst, And with the Amazon Ascendancy's Passives that allow Excess accuracy to get added to crit....Then add the 30% crit chance on bleeding enemies passive. That Spearfield with lacerate and Herald of Blood becomes a red boom fest.

while I agree that the mobs are overtuned, [Removed by Support]

I think the conversation needs to start with people realizing they have massive skill issues.

Like saying praetor and asinia are hard without using "meta" skills

When they are silly easy with rolling slam warrior 1h/shield.
SSF character as well.

Until stuff at this magnitude is acknowledged, and accepted as a skill issue on these gamers part, I cant really move forward with conversations on any serious level.

There needs to be give and take and if the problem is a clear skill issue, like the example above. You are talking to a wall at that point.

What I would do? Hmm tough. First:
1. All Stabbing actions send the spear much further and pierces all targets for the length of the shaft (upgradable with skills and supports).
2. Parry is now a passive skill. There is ho reason to hold a button to parry. The char automatically parries the enemies if they have a buckler equipped and the chance to parry based on the shield stats. Bucklers no longer block. If an enemy is parried it will glow giving possibility for disengage and other skills.

Playing this product would be hell. Parry has a stun limit and if you parry everything randomly eventually you will get hard stunned randomly too. Insane to play this way. You're not meant to parry every attack for every single enemy in every mob. It's better left for single enemies, and a few of the boss attacks. The reason to hold the button to parry is to avoid having to time the press with the enemy attacks. The spear piercing through doesn't seem like it would help in actual combat and there are better skills that target multiple enemies already.
Impatience is insatiable.
Mathils build was just hit with a bug fix... viable? Sure, itll still be top tier, but that still isnt a very high tier.

Removing the stun limit is a given then. This is like a block mechanic.
