If you bought the same through Steam, file for a refund there.
I’m not supporting a game that has zero respect for players. *Devs that don’t even test their new versions of the game for basic play. It’s early access not a fucking BETA. Early access Early Access is NOT a place for you to develop your game, it's more so a place to continue refining it and add more content once the game is mostly finished. |

To give you some feeback.
I requested a refund after playing around 10 hrs within 2 days after my purchase. Was early december last year. Waited almost 2 months to get an response from support where they basically said: "nope, not inside 2 days of purchase" and called it a day. Did not even know it was that short, but cool i guess. Now i'm stuck with points i never gonna use or can't gift to other players. So yeah perhaps you can request a refund if within one day after purchase. Would be cool to keep this thread updated. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore "A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. Asking for a refund after playing the game for 4 months because you don't like the latest update is next-level entitlement. Grow up. If you can't afford the $30 you spent on the game, you have bigger issues to worry about and shouldn't have purchased it to begin with.

" Can you please describe in more detail what the difference is between developing something and refining it / adding content? Can you please take a step back, absorb the massive number of systems that exist in this game and possibly conceive of trying to balance all of them yourself? Take a deep breath. Do you feel humbled at all? Are you more sympathetic to someone who might have to do such a thing? It is astounding that this game is as balanced and functioning as it is. |

No because as you said you enjoyed what you played so why would they refundthat? Just uninstall and move on. It's like ordering a meal eating the whole thing then asking for a refund.

Playing it for 4 months for $30 and asking for a refund is a bit driving a car 40k miles on a test drive around south America and brings back saying "narr this car isn't for me".
