Steel need fixing. No energy shield leech for Chayula at the moment

Seems that they don't really care about chayula. I don't think the theory about it being tied to whether you have max mana or not is accurate. I went through most of act 3 cruel with my mana staying rather low and had 0 ES regen. Not even a little bit here or there. I could watch my ES number not change while I was actively killing enemies.

HOW DID YOU FIXED IT? It does'nt work for me. I have 16% leech. Mana regen is fine but ~ 0 energy shield leech
