The Legacy of Phrecia is Extended - Tentative Timeline for 3.26 Expansion

Ask people what makes poe1, why they play...endless answers, arguments, but no one would even mention "meaningful combat".

Jonathan: "Ah we must add meaningful combat, it's the last thing missing! But it must also be trivial and require no skill, so that people can do it 3rd try! This trivial difficulty will be as endlessly re-playable as poe's bloated complexity for sure!"

Proceeds to realises ggg has exactly 0 experience of meaningful combat, that this is actually really hard to do well without gutting the game, proceeds to balance for "meaningful combat" by removing all meaning in everything ggg has experience in doing well, and that players expect.

3.26 is where I and many others decide if GGG means anything to us anymore, and if we go we aren't coming back, even when the poe2 vision proves itself to be fundamentally flawed and incompatible with hack n slash, and you try to return to poe.

Well said brother... if they dont bring poe1 arpg style its over for ggg in my future. I now have nearly lived 1 year without my crack and i will learn to live without it soon. GGG needs to understand that if they dont make PoE we can spend our money elsewhere.
