There is no logic here. PoE1 has never had a player peak even half of what PoE2's was. Poe2's player count is still over 100k daily. 2 weeks ago was still over the peak of PoE1.
You have zero clue what you are talking about.... Objectively and this is a good post to ignore for that reason.

Pandering to players who don't want consequences for their mistakes is a perfect description of what went fundamentally wrong with D3 and 4.
If they wanted mindless mobile game time waster gameplay they sure did make some perplexing choices and marketing statements for 6 fucking years.
