THE TRIAL OF CHAOS IS NOT FUN, REWARDING, OR ENTERTAINING.

The problem I have with these trials is that they feel like a chore. Simply put, unlike the rest of the game, they are simply not fun at all.

It’s very rewarding and highly consistent. I like it more than maps with bullshit layouts and backtracking.

They need to fix the paralyzing statue though. It’s supposed to be a 3 second stun but it can literally just freeze you there for like 10s and the timer never goes down. Idk wtf the deal with that is but it’s not worth even completing if you have to take that you might as well just restart.

What variety and options exist in sekhemas? It’s the same exact 3-4 room types but far less fair for melee

I just completed the trials, game crashes and now I have to do it all over again. My quest literally says use the alter to ascend, but I have to do the trials all over again to get to the alter. Very dumb and annoying.

Trials of Chaos is just...weird. They somehow took the concept of roguelikes and reversed them. It's like the opposite of what makes roguelikes fun.

How is getting weaker and weaker as you progress something you find fun in roguelike games? And no retries for bosses in a game where you have to learn bosses' mechanics and every boss attack can potentially one-shot you even with decent gear. Just wow.

The Trials of Sekhema is kind of okay, I guess. It's a lot easier. Even I can clear the whole thing with a warrior. Most rooms giving you debuffs is kind of cringe, though. And the rewards are kind of bad unless you go for the challenge runs which I find some of them to be a bit much. A 1-honour no-hit run? Seriously?

I was in a group doing Trial of Chaos level 80. I waited outside the arena for the chimera boss fight, and IT JUMPED OUTSIDE THE RING and squashed me. That is such BS! I wasnt even technically in the fight.
