Bosses need to REMAIN on the map if you die. Awful design esp for SSF

Nah, the solution is to totally nuke the few OP builds to the level of normal builds.

Then buff map bosses just a little bit and they're actually fine.

After that, completely re-do breach/ritual/citadel/etc. difficulty. I don't know who had the bright idea to balance them for the most broken builds.

There are no OP builds in SSF. Play SSF. Your problem is selfmade. Stop buying OP gear.

I don't even know how to use trade site, it's such a stupid archaic thing that I refuse to even look. I used currency exchange few times to convert some divines to exalts. So I am basically almost playing SSF.

That said, sorc endgame is balanced to the stupid MoM/Eb/archmage/spark build and nothing else.

A problem created in PoE2 and not present in PoE1 by their voluntary choice of this particular atlas mechanic.

Because it's a superior atlas mechanic. PoE atlas is so trash that I prefer mapping as it was before atlas even with all of its problems compared to every single iteration of PoE1 atlas.
