If you give someone your sessionID voluntarily, I don't know what to tell you. You can go download the filterblade item filter, look inside it to see if it has any executable code that connects to a third party - find there is none - and drop it in your filter folder. Your full account name is always visible to anyone and has been for ages. If they had some method of using just the account name to access your account, this would be a hilarious vulnerability. Stop reusing passowrds, enable 2FA to your email and Steam. Heck, use a Linux liveCD to set new passwords in every service on a fresh out-of-the-box machine then just return it as it wasn't to your needs.
