I dont think soo.
Theres an entire realocation of the shares on the market report.
They need to reallocate whole squad to China and then ask for 3 week vacations there from their new CEO BING CHI LING

They completly sold the game out without even saying anything.
Thats explains why we got what we got!
They sold all the shares completly and piece outed it seems.
Yes I also think it is odd that we didn't hear from them for 2 whole weeks, but I would start to get worried if they don't return to the public Tuesday or Wednesday. Most of the staff just took 2 weeks off. Witch sucks for us the consumers, but is a lot healthier for the studio when they don't have to work over the holidays where a lot of the (western) world has 2 weeks off

The world is also not choosing to do a major release during the holidays.

tencent has owned GGG since 2018..... Like do you know nothing about ownership and stocks??? Once someone owns more than 50% it doesn't matter what anyone else owns, it's called a controlling interest. Chris and Jonathan each had a board seat while tencent had 3. If they wanted to force anything to happen they could of since 2018. That last 13% was just money for them to cash out at some point it had no real voting power. All that being said tencent basically lets GGG run themselves outside of China. It's why chinese poe has very different features and monetization.

I honestly think it is VERY entitled to expect people who are overworked to work MORE during a time where a lot of the world just slows down. Yes there are issues with the game, but it is not like that GGG abandoned the game (showcased in the recent hotfix and server maintainance) but that the designers and a lot of the staff had their first day back in office either on Thursday or returned to office literally a couple of hours ago

Christopher, Erik, and Jonathan are frauds. Sold the rest of their shares and then promoted the game with lies. Timed EA release before their holiday so they could ignore complaints and refund requests.
LOL you ppl need to seek professional help if a video game is getting to you like this.

They did not own the whole thing.
GGG remained in controll of theyr product.
Wich is not the case anymore.
They completly sold out. Marketed the Early Release of Poe2 and went away.

you think it's entitled for people to want a BUISNESS to set standards? if this is their standards they will not retain a fraction of the keys they sold.
the holidays is a terrible excuse. some of these people are middle aged adults. I think their biggest release in their entire lifetime is a lot more important than the 41st christmas. or just maybe not take 3 whole weeks? There has to be a middle ground. Considering they let people get hacked, and destroyed a economy. They didn't even bother to fix the dupe it just has extra steps.
why did they delay the release by 3 weeks to fuck off for 3? it doesn't make sense from a business standpoint. and to that point we have a no holiday release for a reason.

Tencent bought like 86% in 2018.... For all intents and purposes that's full ownership. There were 5 board seats with 3 of them going to tencent. And yes GGG ran poe just as normal as they still do. Went away???? you mean they left for holidays like they have every year???? You've played since beta you know this already. You're just up in arms this time cause everyone else is complaining. If you expected them to work thru the holidays on something they still have 11 months to do to meet their own deadlines you're a fucking idiot. Like they're going to stick with the same dev cycle they've always used were not going to be getting new content every month. expect 3 month big patches. Like they still have to release a poe1 league before poe2 gets anything big
