A fix for the bad layouts complains

First of all, i love the new atlas (one of the few things PoE 2 did right), but quite some people been complaining lately because of some bad layouts (i think it´s kinda fine to be honest, the game should have highs and lows), and as i despise the PoE 1 meta of everyone running the same layout all league long (it´s bland and horrible for the game) i tought, probably those bad layouts could be made more enjoyable if they had an implicit quantity multiplier (multiplicative not additive so it would be relevant even after juicing), it could be for example 20% more quantity, probably would make it way more enjoyable to run for everyone as the added quantity would kinda offset the times lost on corridors and backtracking.

i hate being forced on bad layouts i dont want to run, period. its a huge step backwards in player freedom.
What a quality post.
It does nothing to mechanic like Breach, Ritual when you need fu*in open space to function.
It does nothing to rare mobs and backtracking.
But 20% more quant of vendor trash what drops. I am IN!

Quantity affects everything, so it affects currency and everything else, you kill less breach mobs but you would end up getting the same loot because of the quantity, ritual is another problem, but that´s something they need to fix with ritual placements, even the enclosed maps have some large rooms, the problem is rituals not spawning there.

At this point im starting to think you guys just wanna complain, i understand complaining about some stuff like one shots, one portal pinnacle bosses, crafting being non existant etc, but going back to 90% of the playerbase running the same map over and over all league long is not good for the game and should never come back in any form.

Wrong. I saw a lot of quality of good ideas. Your ideas are just stupid and don't help.

Instead of solving problems, you just want to hand out rewards so people would turn a blind eye to them.
If you don't see a problem with this, don't count on having any constructive discussion with me.

most times i have 4 to 5 different maps i want to run, depending on what maps are in the league. i dont see why its bad for the game if i can run these as often as i want. somebody else may like some other maps, he can run them too.
but now, 80% of the layouts are shit and 100% of players are forced onto running them. thats not a good thing and im for sure not interestend in running 300 augury every league. on top half of the layouts are totally garbage in order to do some mechanics in them, while everything is random. its overall a horrible step back. on top of that, specializing in the skilltree is gone, every single player will have the same skilltrees, period. its just bad

They call it bad for the game, but what they mean is it's bad for developers ego, because the content they made is ignored.

I agree with not wanting to run the most optimized map for a chosen farming strat over and over again as i believe 'some' forced variety can be good. Running city square 500 times in a row was fun but felt pretty stale.

But i dont want to be bribed into running unfavoured maps even more so.

I'd like something akin to poe1's map favouriting system but updated for poe2.

eg; You get a # of slots to pick favoured/unfavoured maps and irradiating an unfavoured map has a chance of changing it to a favoured map. that's like 50% less Augury/Vaal factory already!
