If the new acts aren't in place before any wipe or reset I can't see myself going though the campaign again in it's current hardness in the first two acts.

Now I would be fully on-board with deleting all currency from all players as a reset.

There won't be a wipe.

What they might do is launch a new EA league, but this will only happen if 0.2.0 contains massive code changes that can't be easily rolled into the current 0.1.x branch. It won't have anything to do with "fixing the economy", because the POE trade economy is largely self-healing, and because GGG has never given a crap about the trade economy in 10+ years. They aren't going to start now, because, again, it's self-healing.

Not gonna happen, EA league is already a sandbox and the economy being fucked is expected, this league will end up like similar to Open Battle.net on D2 and that's totally fine and expected. Welcome to Beta testing, things can and will go wrong.

Who cares about the economy in a segregated server that won't even be standard. Its stupid that people care so much that they'd RMT in EA servers that won't carry to standard. None of this matters.

Where do you get "Demanding" from this. Buy some more support packs and Throat harder. Was simply stating "I'm In For A Fresh New Server" Try and Argue with someone else with points that are actually valid and make sense.

Geez. I missed what happened, but if anything, they should ban accounts related to many exploits use (if they have a way to see these things), but resetting every single character in the standard league would be extremely hard on many players who don't trade often and who don't really care about it.

The economy is already super crap, and there will be new exploits down the road before release (and sadly, maybe even after), so a character reset wouldn't serve any real purpose as we're playing a beta on characters that will not be useable on the official release "league" server.

It's not even a beta test. We're still in Alpha right now. The game isn't anywhere near feature complete. That's the difference between alpha and beta. Beta testing is for bugs, balance, and polish. We still don't have most of the classes/ascendencies, weapons, skills, and other mechanics.
