well I think rod ferguson was right everything I'm seeing in poe2 is worse than what I saw when diablo 4 came out I hope they fix it because the truth is the game bores me and it had tremendous hype when it came out I also hope that the ggg fanboys are Sorry to Rod Freguson, he was right.


POE1 and 2 are my favorite games but you have to criticize how badly they are done, so the game improves more for its launch and why do they hate Rod Ferguson so much?

Rod Fergusson didn't say what you think he said. He's never said anything about whether Diablo is better than PoE or the other way around.

All he did was say that he thinks the ARPG genre should be renamed to "Diablo-like" because most ARPG games are based on game mechanics that were originally introduced by Diablo. Similar to how games inspired by the game Rogue are called Rouge-likes.

It was a marketing thing, because he didn't like all the attention PoE2 was getting, and he wanted to remind everyone that Diablo did it first.

But I doubt you care about any of that, you're not here to make a point or have a discussion, you're just here to troll.

D4 as a base product was as expensive as they get for a "triple A" game. Story was mid at best, questing sucked, build diversity is extremely limited, monster diversity was extremely limited, game mechanics are ok at best...actually terrible if you consider any difficulty enemy goes down in milliseconds if they are debuffed with Vulnerability and the only difficult challenge in the game was monster death = explode.
D4 additionally failed to deliver on World Bosses actually meaning anything and PvP areas.

On top of all that, all you do for an endgame is rinse and repeat dungeons that you will always succeed on because the game's tailor made even for your old uncle who's main hobby for his whole life was frequenting the pub.

This is the "pinnacle" of entertainment from the one of the top game companies, Blizzard, also don't forget Diablo is available on your phone, you all have a phone right?

Actiblizzard is a moronic company and VC scam venture, they didn't make Diablo 1, 2, or any good game ever. Nothing they or their employees say matters at all.

I wrote him an E-Mail, suggesting to call the "Warcraft Universe" a Warhammer Fantasy-like and the "Starcraft Universe" a Warhammer 40k-like.
He never answered me ...

D2, D3, and D4 are better than POE2 at the moment becuause they are FUN. POE2 is a slog to play, boring, and tedious.

I played about 5hrs of POE2, saw how disrespectful it was to the players time and went back and finished the D4 season and had a blast. Night and day difference in terms of FUN, the key metric that matters.
