that helps greatly , as does the knowledge that 200% is the cap.

I do hope more things drop which do that those type of modifiers, I am just now Starting Maps so trying to find more items with (tier 2) and such as I think that means raising item roll number ranges.

For now gotta use what I can :)

There is also an Omen that restores your ES/HP/MP when deemed low life in combat, does it work with CI ?
