Decoration Piece not working & Coin refund for hideout please

I can confirm I did not read properly. The Hideout I bought isn't in the API at all for POE2, I misread. Is it possible to have the 310 coins refunded from the Ancestral Hideout please? I would like to pick A hideout that's available, this was my error - I am sorry. Also checked again with the Deco. The deco piece is in the API for POE2 and also accessible in-game but just doesn't spawn when placed, it's invisible other players can see it but I can't.

Was just trying to find a way to get a hideout for guild but site wont let me because POE2 characters no loaded into the site yet so I am not a guild leader according to site.
