Shadow Knight Build

Thanks for the ideas. I have been playing this and I'm up to level 33. I went with a pure tank/minion/aura idea and I'm loving it so far. The minions just running off is annoying, but I know that is being addressed in a future patch and can't wait for it.

Here is my current build, I am working towards Leadership next and will pick up the +30 Int and +30 Str nodes as well.

While the character is quite fun, it does have some glaring weaknesses that I am going to be looking to rectify as I get more skill points. I miss a lot in melee and my spells don't do very much damage. This has only been a problem when my minions are getting wiped out to fast. I have to resort to dropping skeletons on mobs and having them explode for burst damage.

For the most part, I walk in the middle and summon a hoard of undead and watch the carnage while I maintain maximum minions.

My item build is pure plate armor, no ES. It gives me a lot of damage mitigation. My skills are as follows:
Heavy Strike (single target boss attack)
Frost Nova (personal AoE)
Summon Zombie/Skeleton
Discipline Aura (swap out for Wrath sometimes)
Anger Aura

we wotn have 2 minion nodes but:
alof of aura nodes wich help our minion!
basically we spam zombies skelly and spectres, run 10 or maybe more if we can auras on us, and make the minions kill everything


discipline(for eldrich),haste,anger,hatred,wrath, and if we can determination and vitality and clarity too!
every aura we can run!

and for active we just spam ice skills for CC like ice spear and such

Edit: I was wondering, if there should be more shield bonuses for the Aegis. Also, do you think you could also cut the minion instability if the minions are so strong or is that important for the degenerating skellies?

no you dotn cut Instability because since minions are our source of damage, we need to maximize that.
And wtf reduced mana cost does not reduce auras?
