In Christmas I was scammed through trade. Cant belive... Pls dont do this mistake!

Consider this a learning experience and also wakeup call that you are dealing with someone you don't know on the Internet. It's ok you were nervous and anxious because it was your first time but this led you to make an important mistake.
Since you cannot push the trade button without looking at the items you receive and now that the glass is broken, it's at your advantage to stay calm and keep it cool, there's no reason to get nervous anymore. Tech guy

I feel bad this has ruined your experience but to give GGG credit you first have to physically LOOK at what you're being offered in the trade to even game access to your accept button. On top of this all trading games have some way to scam people whether it be to undervalue an item or just outright cheat someone in this way. However to openly give the name of someone instead of reporting in game or contacting support is dangerous. It is no better than me going out IRL and slandering someone who stole from me and sending a mob after them instead of calling the cops. Just like IRL this forum has rules and guidelines and just because someone causes you problems doesn't mean you get to cause them problems in return unless it's getting them the consequences of their actions through the proper channels. Just because you were excited and rushed things is not a GGG problem. Maybe try this instead of blaming someone else. Try waiting a full 10 seconds before hitting accept every time. Literally read every single stat or word of the item you are getting out loud so you CANNOT make a mistake by misreading it. I hope your holidays get better and you find more fun in your adventures of PoE 2.

It's normal to feel sad and frustrated. The best advice I can give you is to stop playing for a while and focus on something else. I assure you, and I speak from experience, that you’ll come back refreshed, and what happened won't affect you anymore. However, you will have learned a valuable lesson and will be more cautious in future trades. You will have learned an enormous lesson for just 10 divines. |

There is no need to rush when making a big trade. If the trade is legit, most people won't be upset with you if you linger a bit. People only get impatient when they are making a lot of low value trades and want things to keep moving as fast as possible.
