Can we get an appear offline option please?

+1 to appear offline. Most of the game is solo play, during which I don't want to be bothered. When I want to play in a group or just hang out, then I'd switch to online mode.
Being online all the time means I'm being distracted during difficult encounters by invites. |

I need this so bad - have friends that take it very personally if they are online but we aren't grouped and doing whatever together. Its annoying, I know I can say no, but I want to be able to play without anyone knowing I'm on. Guilt free.

I think at release you can create a private league, it's not quite the same as offline. But in path of exile realities offline mode is impossible and basically useless. If you don't like to play with trading, please welcome to SOLO SELF FOUND mode.

I also need this. Personally sometimes I just want to enjoy the game by myself and I don't want anybody know that I'm playing. That's reason why I stop playing
