The developers are doing a crap job at the moment. 0 responses back to the community and not even worrying about bugs
They just profiting off of money. I don't think they will focus on this lol.

I know it's annoying but please keep being patient, what I'm gonna say is very typical but also true: dev are on vacations and vacations ends this weekend. My suggestion is if no news until next friday, riot en masse.

In console is so much worse!!!
I can play my hex blast witch all day with no issues. Yet I can't play 3 maps in a row on my deadeye ranger without feeling like my eyes are going to bleed. The simple truth is that particle effects need to be tuned down period. At the very least we as paying consumers should have to ability to limit them. Quite frankly I believe them to be a purposeful game design choice, with the intention of raising player death counts. At the end of the day, you won't avoid what you can't see. Yes, I will now remove my tinfoil hat.
it honestly annoying that not only are bosses insanely hard hit harder but ur not even able to disable friendly skeletans or exposions or giant ice clouds on the ground

No joke here. The game director literally said he was concerned with visual effect breaking and feel it is better not to give the option to turn off visual in a interview on Path of Exile 2.

I asked the first week about shutting off custom MTX for other players. Not in my group, everyone. During campaign going to town was a nightmare. So much loading just saw I could see blue trails, pets moving around and whining, etc.

Someone else's BS should not be impacting my play experience. I should have a choice. GGG needs to give players choice in all aspects of this game. Right now we have very little.
I really hope they do something about the mess on screen.

Playing as a Warrior in a group with a Ranger and a Witch, whenever we engage enemies, it's impossible to see anything going on. Playing solo I can run maps consistently at the same speed or faster with no deaths. Playing in a party I have common/occasional deaths as a result of not being able to see stuff.

I feel like there are only 3 options available (if I don't include quitting the game) and none of them are good.
- Keep playing with my friends with my Warrior and just accept that I'll progress slowly, if at all (because of unnecessary deaths).
- Keep playing with my friends and switch class to something ranged (so seeing in the mess isn't as vital).
- Quit playing with my friends and play solo only (see everything and just skip the deaths).
