PoE 2 is closer to Diablo 3 Vanilla than to PoE 1 post 1.0



I know OP probably don't know this because didn't played D3 at launch or PoE in 10 years.

Unpopular opinion but there's always Diablo 3.

No i actually played D3 upon its release, sunk a good amount of hours in it actually.

But you are right about POE, never played it.

But you are right about POE, never played it.

Then if you remember Diablo 3 Act 3 and 4 farming ilvl 60-63 this is exactly the same. Loot is very scarce and 99.9% is thrash while the gameplay boils down to kite enemies while poking them (SSF, not trading) until you get to maps, get lucky once or twice and its back to PoE 1 mapping again.
