Just bring back the Lab.

I'm going to keep this short because I'm at work but after sitting here discussing it with a buddy we both agree that path of exile one labyrinth is far superior to both offerings right now for getting the ascendenies Both of the new trials simply are not fun to play and while lab wasn't exactly great, it was tolerable.

With the new assets they have im sure they could build a nicer refined version and really deliver memorable gameplay without having to rely on controversial old league mechanics.

I really enjoy the sekhemas trial. I did all 4 on warrior slam and I still go do my extras, you get good loot from them and they break the mapping zzzzz we currently only have.

Maybe they could do something with chaos as I think it’s boring but that can be up to someone else for suggesting

Came to start a thread like this before seeing yours.

I am not an inexperienced gamer with lots of experience in POE1. And I would say after a rough start I adjusted to POE2 and it has, overall, good aspects that make it enjoyable. But the trials for the final 2 ascendancy points...are you kidding me?

I am supposed to collect 4 random fucking fragments to have one try on a boss? That is locked behind the trials AGAIN?
Or I go do 3 floors with trivial content only for my honor to be shot down by 8 off-screen hits in a floor with these timed crystals? I was at 9k honor at the time, mind you, and these hits did hardly any damage to myself.

Thanks GGG, good stuff, did you do any playtesting at all? Sorry, hard to stay serious when you waste my time this much (even considering playing is a waste of time in general). Please just give us lab back as option 3 or 4. The hardcore masochists trolling around in the forums can do the new stuff. Or your playtesters.
