Arc is legit busted. Casting arc and Conductivity for all T16's

Is this thread why they nerfed Arc? I didn't play sorc in 0.1, it makes me feel REALLY stupid to cast arc and see mobs not getting shocked.

What do you mean? Didn't you read the patch notes? Arc got buffed by +1 damage.
