Ranger and Titan 1 shotting bosses = nerf minion. What? Explain anyone?

I agree that it is strange lightning Ranger has been untouched.
I would also like to see everything balanced around actually needing to engage with mob/boss mechanics rather than running around effectively 1-shotting everything (or at least killing them before they can truly act).

I watch my friend play his lightning Ranger & it is just silly.
