Don't stress during the fight and rely on visual or sound cues. His attacks are announced and can be dodged. As already mentioned, improve your cold resistance (if it is too low) and your life.

I did. I did some grinding to level. Got some better gear. Still can't beat him. Kind of disappointing because up until this point, I was really enjoying it and didn't find the content difficult. It seemed just right. This fight is ridiculous. Hopefully they give me a refund.

it's very methodical boss that is easy to learn and have very good indicators. Just try to learn him. I love difficulty of this fight and how technical it's.

Skill issue. Re think your build and get better gear and gain a few levels. If you cannot beat him after that find a new game.

I got through this twice as a witch but some difficulty but couldn't do it on a ranger or sorc, no matter how many different builds I tried while scrounging for cold resists and better gear and leveling up to 18. This is first time in my life I've had to give up on entire classes because I couldn't get past the first act boss. I think something might be wrong.
