Why did you create the Chronomancer ascendancy?

Can you explain why you decided to create the Chronomancer ascendancy? Honestly, it feels like a complete miss. Here are a few issues:

- You ruined Sorcerer – A lot of players loved playing Sorcerer, and now it feels like you've gutted the class without any proper explanation.

- What's the point of Chronomancer? – Almost no one is playing it because it's underwhelming and lacks synergy or impact.

So, what exactly was the intention here? Is there any plan to address these issues, or should we just accept that Sorcerer is gone and Chronomancer is here to stay in its current state?

And what do you mean the sorceress is gone?

probably the fact that this ascendancy is completely useless

They added an ascendancy that synergizes with cooldown skills but didn't give us any cooldown skills to use it with.

Have you tried it?
When I say Sorcerer is gone, I mean it.
Give it a try yourself.
Then compare it to playing Ranger.

Don't a bunch of the support gems add cooldown? to be fair I haven't tried them so I'm not sure.

Ive seen plenty of sorcs running around. Hell im playing frost/fire blood mage thats almost sorc. I dont get whats your problem.

There are yes. But it's not worth it for most skills. Why would I want a skill that can be spammed to be 40% stronger if I can't spam it anymore? Sure I,d have 33% chance to be able to use it twice in a row but I could also just put another support gem that would maybe get me less damage but would be a lot more reliable.

The node would be good if it did like "Skills with cooldowns now do not have cooldowns but have -2% Less Damage/Duration/Whatever per second of base cooldown". now you could build something around that. Hourglass would become a plain +20% more damage support gem and Hammer of the Gods could be an interesting build avenue.

Don't tell OP that, the rant is much more fun.
