Nice ruthless game poe2, right? With 1 portal and weird trials, with over buffs mobs. Really nice game.

I get not wanting players to immolate themselves with infinite portals, but this version clearly doesn't work. It feels so horrible when you die to one stupid burst (which yes, still does happen even in poe 2, it's not possible to fix it perfectly) and then loose a waystone and the league mechanics of the map, specially if you were close to the end and triple so if you needed to invest on it cus it's so hard to sustain...

And to everyone saying "it's fine, stop whining" go find something productive to do with your time, dismissing people's complaints isn't feedback.
The OP at least got to T6 maps. I am stuck at trying to complete my first T1 map, and already lost several T1 maps. As soon as I enter the map, I start lagging, screen freezes, and after a few seconds, everything moves extremely fast with me having no control over my character. Then I see that I have died. Another map lost.

This way, those of us, who normally lag most of the time have no chance with mapping in this game.

In this context, since boss fights in this game needs to be completed deathless anyway, why do we even have portals? Why can't we go at maps just like acts in campaign? That way, you can make maps as hard as you want, and we the players will feel a sense of accomplishment when we are finally able to complete a map. With the current bossing rules (deathless), having fixed number of portals (which are practically non-functional for me anyway) for maps seems weird and something like an artificially enforced thing to make the game seem more difficult.

Please don't misunderstand, I find myself enjoying the deathless boss fights. Helps me learn the fight. But the portals... please make them go away, or at least make them work as true portals if you have to keep them.

No it's definitely not ok. Apparently you have a great lag free connection. Good for you. But for people with lags most of the time, we also want to enjoy this awesome game.

Exactly. Only veterans answering this post, these guys just want a new poe1. Well, luckily this is not happening, Jonathan made it clear several tilmes.


I just want to say don't bite the hand that feeds you. Also I can tell you guys aren't mapping or either playing extremely safe and slow, Op class or just not at that content. Higher waystones aren't candy and if you loose one over some random one shot, locked in with mobs or lag spike. It definitely effects game play way more then you are "leading on". Think everyone is looking forward to Poe2. Quality of life however is part of the player experience. We need features to keep and bring players into the game not exclude.
