The mad wolf of Ogham - Travel east

Same ranger lvl 68 deadeye. Did get to endgame, and completed 1 basic lvl 1 map.
next i have unfinished act 1 "travel east" quest but no dialogue oprion at hooded figure. Cant access endgame area.
please get this fixed; major dealbreaker. Not bying final release if you sow this kind of mistrust.

Same here. Tried every solution suggested.

It does seem to affect endgame drops. Precursor tablets seem to almost never drop. And the currency drops seem off too.
