If your mouse has extra buttons the maker will have software for you to download normally that can handle the rebinding of keys to the mouse buttons. So just look up that software for yourself and then setup the button for whatever is comfortable for yourself.

I'm using ESDF. Beside that, 5 mouse buttons, spacebar, A,C,V,Z - all these 10 buttons do not reqiure to move any of 4 fingers which lying on ESDF.
