Characters not showing up

I bought the founder pack on xbox and the stand alone client. but my characters are not showing up on xbox. i have my accounts linked and it shows them linked but im not sure why they are not showing up. i was under the impression the game was cross/platform ... cross/progression. am i doing something wrong.

how do i change the sub account on my xbox to use my stand alone client poe 2 chars i have already made and leveled?

By merging your account you created 2 subaccount, you need to switch subaccounts.
On console, it seems that the option appears only if you have a character created on both subaccounts.

The guy got the same issue I believe and we managed to give him access. Hope it will work for you.

ok i have a char made on both sub accounts but still doesn't let me play the char i made on stand alone first, on my xbox. Xbox doesn't give the drop down box like pc does.

I already invested days into my pc account which i bought first.

still not working for me. its been a few days and i keep checking each day to see if its been fixed.

i sent an email days ago. any idea how long its taking to get back with people? i know you guys are flooded with emails. just really wondering what kind of wait time.
